Workforce Fintech Platform · Built for Every Market

Any Country.
Any Rulebook.
One Workforce Platform.

GroundIT runs the full employee lifecycle wherever your workforce is. Geofenced attendance, statutory payroll and filings, one approvals inbox — a single engine, configured per country. India and KSA config packs ship first.

Compliance Is the Product

One Payroll Engine.
A Config Pack Per Country.

Global HRMS products treat local statutory filings as an integration problem. GroundIT treats them as the spec. A single engine runs every country through versioned config packs — India and KSA ship first — so a rule change anywhere is a configuration update, and a new market is a new pack, never a fork.

IN

India

  • EPFO

Provident fund contributions and ECR filings

  • ESIC

State insurance for every eligible employee

  • TDS / TRACES

Tax deducted at source, reconciled to TRACES

  • Multi-State Professional Tax

    State-wise slabs applied automatically

  • Gratuity

Accrual and settlement per the Gratuity Act

  • Form 16

Generated from the same ledger that ran payroll

KSA

Saudi Arabia

  • Nitaqat / Saudization

Live band monitoring with hiring insight

  • WPS via Mudad

Wage Protection files generated and tracked

  • GOSI

    Contribution calculation and filing

  • Iqama & Document Expiry

Alerts before a permit lapses, not after

  • Hijri Calendar

First-class calendar support, not a display hack

  • Arabic RTL

A true right-to-left interface, end to end

Decimal-safe engine

One rounding rulebook across INR and SAR. Every paisa and halala accounted for.

Immutable payslips

Published means published. Corrections are new documents, never silent edits.

Maker-checker payruns

No single person can execute a payrun. Every run needs a second signature.

Platform Capabilities

Built for Workforces
That Don’t Sit at Desks.

Field teams, shop floors, distributed sites in any country. GroundIT covers the lifecycle from requisition to full-and-final, on a web portal for HR and Finance and a mobile app for everyone else.

Attendance That Works Where the Network Doesn’t

On-device geofence checks and face attestation, with an offline punch queue that syncs the moment a connection returns. A welder in a basement or a merchandiser in a dead zone punches in normally. Nothing is lost, nobody is blocked, and HR sees the full trail after sync.

Multi-Country Statutory Payroll

One decimal-safe engine runs each country’s statutory stack by config pack — EPFO, ESIC, PT and TDS for India, GOSI and WPS for KSA at launch. Payslips are immutable once published.

India Tax & Investment Suite

Old or new regime, chosen per employee. 80C, 80D, HRA, LTA and NPS declarations with proof verification, through to Form 16.

Hiring Through Day One

Requisitions, a Kanban pipeline, interview scorecards and offer generation, then pre-boarding and provisioning with zero re-entry.

Seven-Step Performance Cycle

Goal-set, accept, progress, self-review, manager appraisal, 360, calibration. Every step recorded, nothing decided in a hallway.

One Approvals Inbox

Leave, expense, timesheet, OT, offers, F&F and promotions in a single cross-module queue. Bulk actions, SLAs, date-bounded delegation, full audit.

Virtual ID

HMAC-signed QR and NFC identity in every employee’s pocket. Verifiable at the gate, even with no signal.

The Unglamorous Essentials, In-House

The paperwork layer most HRMS products farm out to third parties, built into the platform. One vendor, one audit trail.

Architecture

Payroll Infrastructure,
Engineered Like It.

A payroll engine that files with EPFO and Mudad has to be right every cycle, in every jurisdiction it runs in, under audit. The architecture decisions below exist because of that bar — 29 of them are written down as ADRs.

Offline-First Mobile

A Flutter app built to keep working through dead zones. Punches, approvals and the Virtual ID all function without a connection.

A Boring, Proven Stack

Next.js web, NestJS modular monolith, PostgreSQL, Redis. Chosen for operability, not novelty.

Row-Level-Security Tenancy

Tenant isolation enforced inside PostgreSQL itself. A query cannot cross tenants, even if application code tries.

In-Region Data Residency

Hosting where regulation requires it — including in-Kingdom for Saudi tenants — with first-class RTL, alternate calendars and multi-currency.

Short-Lived SSO Tokens

Keycloak OIDC identity with Ed25519-signed bridge tokens that expire in 60 seconds. Web to mobile handoff, nothing lingering.

Append-Only Audit

Every sensitive action lands in an audit log that can be added to but never edited. What happened is what the record says.

Roadmap

Where payroll becomes fintech — after GA, not in it.

Earned-Wage Access

Employees draw wages already earned, recovered at source in the next payrun.

Worker Wallet

A stored-value account attached to the payroll identity.

Cross-Border Remittance

Corridor-native remittance for the workforce the platform already pays, starting with India–KSA.

Owning attendance and payroll as the system of record is what makes at-source recovery possible. That is the wedge for embedded financial services in every market the platform runs payroll in.

Launch Partner Program

Shape the Platform Before GA.

GroundIT is specified end to end and now in build. Launch partners get early access, a direct line to the team writing the code, and real influence over what ships first. If you run field or shop-floor teams in any market, this is the moment the platform bends to your operation.
